WOD mit Stefan (Mi)
This session will push you to your limits. We will do a 10min warm-up followed by a 20min workout. The workout will consist of functional movements and will activate your metabolism. Each workout is measurable and you can compete with your friends. We will post the WOD on Instagram and you can comment your score.
