Power Yoga mit Luna
In these classes special emphasis is given to the principles of alignment, the practice of Pranayama (breathing techniques) and final relaxation in Shavasana as fundamental integrative elements for a complete practice. Hatha Flow is a Hatha Yoga practice that involves dynamic transitions between postures. The transitions are soft, slow, to give continuity to the movement and keep the body gently warm throughout the practice.
