Dynamic Hatha Flow
As for the normal classes of Hatha, in these classes special emphasis is given to the principles of alignment, the practice of Pranayama (breathing techniques) and the final relaxation in Shavasana as fundamental integrative elements for a complete practice.Transitions from one pose to another take place in an active way, following the flow of the breath and then using each inhalation and exhalation to accommodate a movement that leads to the next, thus working on the fluidity of the moving body.
